Engr. Lepiten’s career spans from his early days as a Site Engineer to holding key leadership roles such as Project Manager, Projects Manager, and ultimately Technical Design Department Manager at both a leading European contracting firm and a well-known consultancy firm in Qatar. He has successfully delivered high-value projects worth up to $800 million, covering complex developments such as five-star hotels, high-rise towers, and institutional facilities for global clients like Marriott, Hilton, Oberoi, and Qatar Foundation. 

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and internationally certified Quality Management Systems expert, he upholds global standards of excellence. He also serves as a Board Member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – Qatar Chapter, actively contributing to the development of the profession.
