 Engr. Mark C. Lepiten is a seasoned Filipino civil engineer, project manager, technical leader, and construction career coach primarily based in Doha, Qatar. He has over 20 years of professional experience spanning consultancy, contracting, and client-side roles across both the Philippines and Qatar. He is widely recognized for his leadership within the overseas Filipino engineering community, particularly through his executive roles in professional organizations like the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Qatar Chapter. 

• MAPEDS (MAP Engineering Design Services): He serves as the General Manager of MAPEDS. The company provides full-scale technical and engineering support, specializing in BIM coordination, shop drawings, 3D visualization, and project documentation.
• STRABAG-ZUBLIN: Prior to his general manager role, he spent years as the Central Technical Department Manager for Strabag Qatar. In this capacity, he directed technical teams, managed construction project execution, and oversaw tendering and procurement processes. 
• DZG (formerly known as MZ & Partners): He spent nearly a decade (2014–2023) working as a Projects Manager for MZ & Partners Architectural & Engineering Consultancy, a major consultancy firm in Doha. He also serves various roles in supervision, structural and quality management. 
• Early Career (Philippines): His early engineering foundations were built in the Philippines, working for the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) from 2002 to 2005, and later with the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA). 

• PICE Qatar Chapter: For the 2026 term, Engr. Lepiten was elected as the 1st Vice President of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Qatar Chapter, actively pushing for professional development and knowledge sharing among overseas civil engineers. 
• ASEP RCCQ: He has also served as a Director and the Sub-Committee Chair on Membership Screening for the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) regional group in Qatar. 

• Marcuise ProTrain: He is the Founder and CEO of Marcuise ProTrain, an online training platform designed to equip construction professionals with practical engineering skills.
• Industry Speaker: He frequently presents at technical summits and international conferences on topics such as engineering career soft skills, structural design flaws, and BIM integration.
